Request deletion of your Gumarth account.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to info@gumarth.com from your registered email address.
  2. Use the subject line Gumarth account deletion request.
  3. Include your registered account email, name, institution (if applicable) and account role. Do not send passwords or one-time codes.
  4. Gumarth will verify the request and explain any additional steps required.

Institution-managed accounts

Some student, parent, teacher and staff accounts may be created or managed by an educational institution. In those cases, the institution may need to initiate or authorize account-related changes. Contact your institution administrator as well as Gumarth where appropriate.

Deletion and retention

After verification, Gumarth will process eligible deletion requests in accordance with applicable requirements and its retention obligations. Certain records may need to be retained for legal, security, accounting or institutional purposes. The final published policy should state the actual timelines and exceptions.
